Tolu Ajayi
Tolu Ajayi co-founded Trequity Capital LLC, an asset and investment management company in New York City in 2013. He leads portfolio management, risk management, research & investments allocation activities for the company.
Prior to co-founding Trequity Capital, Tolu has had over a decade of progressive leadership roles over a various number of Fortune 500 companies including UBS Investment Bank where he managed the Global P&L of the Investment Banking division, T-Mobile Corp HQ where he led the growth & cost initiatives for Indirect Sales Channels & Sirius XM corp HQ where manages the subscriber growth and financial analytics objectives of the company.
Tolu holds a BA degree from City College of New York (CUNY) with a minor concentration in Corporate finance & Economics. He has also taken a continued interest in various charitable organizations like Hope Lodge & Operation Hope. He is a member and alumnus like NABA (National Association of Black Accountants) and IVY.
Throughout his career, his penchant for value creation either through seeking new opportunities, or continued nurturing and expansion of existing ones, his ability to influence decisions has become a personal trademark.
Basheer Tosin Ashafa
Basheer Tosin Ashafa is an entrepreneur with more than a decade of expertise and experience in the Real Estate Sector which includes sub-sectors such as Facility Management, Property Leasing, Sales, Marketing, Project Management, amongst others.
He is a prolific and widely experienced business professional. He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Morgan State University, Baltimore, Maryland and an MA in Entrepreneurial Management from the European Business School, London.
Along with heading multiple successful real estate development and management companies, he is a philanthropist whose investments make a direct impact on the establishment and capacity-building of Technology Start-ups and Agro trading commodity platforms.
Basheer is an alumnus of the Public Management, Strategy and Leadership Course at the prestigious Kings College, London. He is also a member of the American Marketing Association, Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIRE), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Ashafa is also an entrepreneur with other varied interests such as the early involvement of young people in leadership and politics, social entrepreneurship, catalyzing innovation amongst young people and charity programs for the overall development of society.
